Our internet goes down at a busy small business. We have used their services for years. We call at 9:30 am for tech support. Spend an hour on the phone with no progress. Still no internet!!!!Tech service should come in the morning. We can not answer our emails on site, process payments to our machines, use the time clock for staff. We will be looking for a new provider. Thankful for old fashion credit card payments and etransfers today.
