Horrible customer service for the Monster Jam show...

Horrible customer service for the Monster Jam show. We bought our tickets back in November, paid EXTRA for great seats, and upon arrival we were told they cannot accept our tickets and that we were to wait in an exchange line for more information. We waited an hour in the line and missed almost half of the show just to be told we needed to buy new tickets (at full price) in the nosebleeds. We went ahead and bought new tickets because the original ones were purchased as a gift, but we will not be returning in the future. We are very disappointed.
