From all the reviews I read about this hotel, I didn't expect much. But honestly, I was still disappointed with what we got. My best friend and I went to Miami in early October for the Carnival down there. First we were jerked out of $20 so we could check in, we got there at about 12pm, which we told them when we made the reservation, and they said it wouldn't be a problem to check in when we arrive. So we arrived at 12pm, were told check in was at 3pm, so we could either wait or pay $20 to get checked in immediately. So decided to do that, we got the first room on the first floor, literally. It barely could hold the two double beds that were in it. The room was so small, and the one window we had faced a restaurant bar that was adjoined to the hotel, so we basically had no sunlight, sometimes we couldn't tell if it was night or day. The lighting in the room was so bad, I mean, really bad, hard to apply make up. Every time we asked for towels, they didn't have extra, but they always had beach towels in the lobby at the front desk, so we started to use those. The only good thing about our stay in this place, was that we literally we able to order food from the restaurant through our window, and we got a discount. We didn't spend much time in the room, since we were there to party and be on the beach, so we didn't care much about the room. But I don't think I would stay there again, I mean, it was almost claustrophobic in there with just me and my friend. If you need a place to just sleep, shower and change your clothes, it's okay, but if you want a comfortable room to relax in, with extra towels, go to another hotel.
