It wasn't anything i ever experienced. Mike R was knowledgeable, helpful but not pushy or over bearing! I wanted a Wrangler and after explaining what i was looking for, my price bracket, etc he said he knew of a vehicle I would love. He still showed me around the entire LOT! and finally in the showroom showed me in the SUV he had in mind. I loved it and although it ended up being over my budget Mike worked with us and made the process [although lengthy] enjoyable. I got my dream car at a price i can afford and didn't leave feeling i got toyed with
