I took my vehicle in for regular oil change and tire rotation. The guy double gasketed the filter. Of course, this blew my motor, of which I had NEVER had any problems with. This is a 2009 Chevy Trailblazer with over 150k miles. Great shape. They, of course, offered at their expense to put in 'new' motor. They gave me a loaner for about 3 weeks. My car is NOT the same!!! Motor sounds rough, trimmers when first apply gas. NOT A VERY HAPPY PERSON AND WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING BACK TO THEM!!!!
