Needed a receipt for a part I ordered for warranty claim, the owner Jason told me they changed systems and he had to look for it. I found the exact date I placed the order and payed him for it, but
apparently he couldn't find it. It seems pretty easy to find an email for a specific part ordered on an exact date you'd think? Not just that but looking through old convos, I had to reach out to this dude A LOT for updates on orders I placed. Seems kinda careless when you place thousands of dollars of orders through someone and you can't even get an email forwarded to you.

THE best performance shop in the NC area! Great staff with tons of knowledge and tons of experience. I've had them install suspension parts, clutches, long tube headers, motor mounts, you name it on all of my Mustangs and have never had any issues. Professional work done at a great price and the best prices for aftermarket performance parts. 10/10 highly recommend.

I've been doing business with Jason since 2013. No matter if I'm buying a big ticket item, or little, he's always treated me the same as a customer. I recently purchased a phase 3 Roush supercharger kit, best price, always kept in touch as I decided on if I'd purchase the kit or not but never felt pressured.
