Had a positive experience at Macke in the past, so naturally went back. Unfortunately I won't be buying from Macke in the future. Salesperson took us out to the lot to look at a car. He started the car and went inside, leaving us out in the cold to let the layer of ice on the windshield melt. Maybe they lost their ice scrapers???
