The procedure for taking into account and validating a repair order is so cumbersome and complicated that professionals no longer want to hear about Opteven. Why does Opteven not provide an online service that facilitates and reduces support? At each request for support by a garage it takes 30 minutes to contact Opteven at least and one hour of a very complicated administration procedure that does not know how to do anything else apart from the procedure.
Gentlemen, Ladies of Opteven go to a garage and watch how it goes, you will see how you are light years away from the digital economy and customer service.
It's a shame to be so bad at the start of the service because for the rest I admit that the assistance is really good. Streamline the process, listen to your policyholders and you will earn your stars.
