The absolute worst service. Do yourself a favor and call them. Once you get a taste of their customer service, you will see what dealing with them is like. Tell them that they manage your property and you need to speak to someone. Guarentee they will "take down your information" and someone will call you back. You will never get through to a person and they usually don't call back for days or at all. We tried to for listing our house to sell. We went through 3 of their realtors. Every issue you could imagine from not putting our photos on the internet for weeks,terrible photos with vehicles and body parts in the photos, and not returning a call from another realtor who was trying to make an offer. (Costing us a sale). We used them as property managers when we decided to rent..........They don't care at all about your rental property because they don't make that much money each month. It is impossible to get somebody on the phone when there is an issue; the tenants would call them several times about a repair needing to be done and finally call us direct. They don't process the rent checks until 7-10 days after the renter drops it off, and they don't send out the tax paperwork until Feb or March. They are the rudest people you will ever deal with and I can't believe they are still in business. I recommend Keller Williams or HH property Management. I've lived here for 16 years and moved 6 times. Trust me, I've dealth with a lot of crap.
