I purchased a cinnamon stick scented Village Candle. After approximately one hour of burning the entire top of the candle was engulfed in flame reaching approximately two inches beyond the glass top of the candle. Using water only intensified the flame and we were forced to use baking soda to extinguish the fire. Luckily we had the candle burning in a central location in our home and quickly noticed a situation that could've been a disaster.
