By far the worst rental company I have EVER had. Within the first week they needed come into the apartment 3 times, they constantly seem to need to come into the apartment for showings or other various reasons. Normally this isn't to bad and I expected some showings when I signed the lease. However, this company goes way beyond what can be considered reasonable. I have had to prepare for as many as 4 showings in one week. And this is a constant hassle since many of their properties are in college housing areas and so get shown all year. They show no respect for the tenant what so ever.
Furthermore, there are charges for "lawn service" whom I have never seen, they are also supposed to clear our sidewalks of snow which is never done promptly if at all.
The staff is also unfriendly and unhelpful.
