My wife and I just bought a new Toyota Highlander from Lithia Toyota. John Nichols and Bruce Land both were very helpful, each serving us when the other wasn't available. They were professional and sensitive to our schedule and needs, and very prompt and courteous along the way. John Nichols helped us find the EXACT model we wanted. Attention to detail all along the way was the primary virtue. We've been served well by Lithia, John Nichols, Bruce Land, and Mike from finance. We are very pleased!

In late March, after months of looking and considering, I ordered a 2016 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. John Nichols assisted in sales, and Bruce Land in service. This past weekend I had to buy a vehicle for a daughter after a wreck which totalled her 2001 RAV4. No injuries-cheers to safely built Toyotas! Kevin Baker was my sales representative and was VERY helpful, and patient, and prompt, helping me get through the process seamlessly. We found a great vehicle in a preowned 4Runner. Great car. Great service from Kevin, and then from Michael (again) in financing/payment. So a difficult situation was made much better at Lithia with great products and service all around!
