Kenny did a great job with our home inspection. First off, he was very flexible when it came to scheduling. The inspection itself was extremely educational, especially for first-time home buyers. He encouraged us to follow along and explained everything he was doing, what he was looking for, and offered many tips for routine maintenance and preventative care. Kenny was extremely thorough, as well. The report he provided us with had every detail we discussed along with plenty of pictures. If all of the inspectors working with Fletcher Inspections are as thorough and knowledgeable as Kenny, I would recommend them to any of my friends or family members.
