I recently moved to Cleveland and was searching for carpet for my family room and new flooring for my kitchen. A coworker told me he had an amazing experience with Marshall Carpet and recommend I go there first. I worked with Nate, who happens to be the grandchild of the founder Marshall. He was incredibly helpful and gave me a lot of different options. I never felt pressured and I felt like he really listened to what I needed and my budget. I really appreciated his expertise, and the friendliness of everybody at Marshell. The installation was seamless and took only a few days to complete. The rooms were spotless and vacuumed after completion and I was really pleased with how everything turned out! I now understand why Marshall Carpet came so highly recommended.
