My boyfriend & I rented a home from this company from 2017-2018. We had many issues. We would receive an email telling us that an inspector was to come out to the house many times after he had already arrived. If you re fresh out of the shower & someone is walking into your house with a key.. you could see how this could become a problem. This also happened with a photographer coming out to photograph the house, they gave us a day (no time) & said they would call to confirm. Never did.
Photographer shows up unannounced.
Prior to this, after month of us living In the home. They decided to then change the locks. Charging us $54 inconvenience fee because we couldn t make it back to the house from work for the locks to be changed. Then stacked on a late fee of a total $335 even when there wasn t a due date. They did take care of the late fee though.
It s like being a stranger in your own home.
I feel like the office overwhelmed & unorganized. Seems like just a few people operate many homes.
Besides being miserable here, I give three stars & not zero because Jamie did give her cell phone number to me to try to help as much as possible & she nearly responded every time. Usually apologizing for whatever the miscommunication was.. super understanding.
I also received my full $1,250 deposit back which is awesome.
I also find it highly unprofessional & disrespectful how they respond back to the negative reviews, posting their tenants personal business on social media.
I just wish I d read these reviews prior to moving.
