My elderly mum called them out to fix a leak in a pipe and promised her heating/hot water will be back on within 2 hours - 3 days later still no heating and they are saying they are going to charge more money to come out. Bearing in mind the heating was fine before they come to do the pipe! Absloute disgrace!
