I wish I read these reviews before ordering a treadmill from this company. The treadmill I ordered does not work properly, shakes like an earthquake and squeaks like crazy. You are either on hold for HOURS or your email on the need for service is not answered. NO RESPONSE. HORRIBLE customer service. Do NOT purchase from this company. I am going to dispute the charge on my amex and put the machine on the curb.
