Wretched service today. Their so-called pick up boy named, I think, Garth was disrespectful beyond belief on the phone to me. What a cad! I wrote the owner and manager about this travesty when, we had only been using this company for the 5 years we have lived in Oak Bay. Only this company. Someone called me back, and when I said, "you have to apologize before I use your service agin", nothing came back from them. So, the story on the street in Oak Bay that they are snobby and snotty, has been revealed to us and we will take our bikes somewhere else. shame on Harth on the phone, but shame on the company.
