Extremely unpleasant experience.
I applied for new passport documents for my child. After one and a half hours of waiting in line, they refused to accept documents due to the dull ink on the money order. I had to write them a check, because they do not accept payment art and cash.
I handed over the old passport and all applications to the operator.
After 6 weeks from the date of application, I received an answer that I did not provide all the documents for registration. They also suggested filling out a form that lost them. It turned out that they simply forgot to send.
