Would never do business with Steve or his office!!...

Would never do business with Steve or his office!!!! He will rip you off and not take ownership. He has overcharged us $1000-1500/yr for 10 years and then told us it was because we we on an "old" policy and it should have been changed. Why wouldn't you have told us that??? Isn't that your job??? Nice customer service Steve!
