My fridge was dented upon delivery and I didn't notice it until a week later. I reached out to Elyse for help and she assured me that even though it was well past a reasonable time frame to get it replaced, she would try for me. 3 days later, after communicating with Meera regarding a replacement, they brought me a brand new fridge and took the old dented one back. Thank you Meera and Elyse for being so concerned about my satisfaction and for providing excellent customer service.

I did have to take a star off for my in-store experience. When I arrived there, no salespeople were to be seen anywhere. I was confused as to where I could get any help and had to ask front desk to page someone. When the salesman arrived and helped us he seemed distracted, literally said 2 sentences to us the whole time we were asking him questions, and then left.
