In November I visited Mike s Toyota in person as per recommendation from The Toyota Corporation to inquire why a previous request still remained unanswered. Upon arrival, I was thankful to see that Pat Avery was still employed there. I explained my situation to her, and, immediately, she led me to the service department where she found a new employee willing to help but was unable and Brian (I believe is his name), who was able to pull the information needed. I am so grateful for these two for fulfilling my original request from about 2 weeks prior.
I must give Pat kudos for taking time to help lead me to the right person AND staying there to ensure that Brian was able to help. Thank you!!! This type of customer service I had never experienced before at Mike s Toyota. It was a PLEASANT change! Thanks guys for making the difference!
