This place has different businesses that attract people for different needs. While I was there for Bikanerwala, many were there for the Maruti dealership, and I'd imagine weekdays will attract the many office-goers and visitors to State Bank.

Neatly maintained open space, but I'm not sure about the parking arrangements for visitors in general. At the moment, visitors park in the area earmarked for the Metro station - don't know how have they planned to deal with visitors parking once Metro starts working.
