They will send faulty products. Something as simple as a day counter sign. It will not work. They will send a 2nd that will not work, then a 3rd that will not work. Then on the 4th time they will get their product right and claim that there was nothing wrong with the first one they sent and never reimburse all of the time and trips it took to take care of the client. I lost countless hours and 4 trips on a project. One of the boards didn't even have the ports connected to the board to communicate to the leds but they try to justify that I was the one who messed up the 1st on out of the 4 sent. Pathetic product and a business owner who doesn't own up to anything. Cant believe you're still in business and I'm still waiting for my reimbursement check.
