the beds had missing broken pieces, interior design is mediocre, one of the beds was horrible and not clean at all (the one under the sofa). the bathrooms are close to the washing area, making it hard for muslims to perform wuduu'. some security guards were shouting loudly at night in the ground floor we could see them from the window and so we couldn't sleep in the SECOND floor. the villa number is 517. parking lot is too tight, can barely enter the car after parking. no hotel shoes were provided which was even worse because we needed it for wuduu' since the bathroom isnt clean. The stairs arent designed well; people wearing gowns will trip easily.
also, why provide alcohol in the fridge? you can put it as part of the room service or tourists can simply go to the bar. my family is composed of muslims, we don't like touching alcohol cans because of religious reasons, also we would like to have more space in our fridge instead of it being filled with alcoholic beverages.
