Touchstone property management fails to do what the residents pay for all the time!!! I find it very difficult to pay Homeowner Association fees when our alleys behind our houses are to be cleaned after several inches of snow. I have seen a plow in our neighborhood 1 time this season and that was after calling and complaining numerous times! The one time they came and plowed, the person (s) did just the dead ends? None of the neighbors understood this what so ever, Like the rest of us didn't need to get out? Yesterday we had well over 6 inches of snow and once again Touchstone property did not send anybody out to plow, hense the alleys are complete ice yet again. Very frustrating to pay the fees and never see anybody that cares.
Now we have a man (for lack of profanity) CHARGED with molesting a young boy who lives in Brightwater landing, (the scum lives in Maple Hill) and did we receive ANYTHING form our 'homeowner association' I think not!! Residents who pay to live here have a right to know what is going on in and around our homes and neighborhoods and Touchstone property Management does a very very poor job of doing the job they pay to do!
