I had a very average experience with Employers. The company website employeers.com was easy to navigate, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time for my inquiries was slow, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. Overall, I would rate Employers as average and I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
