I am writing to you guys today to express my absolute disappointment to what is not only one of the worst experiences of both myself and my wifes life's but the manner in which how my complaint was handled or in this case not handled.

we arrived at top golf at approximately 5pm to what was a very busy time we proceed to check in and as it was so busy we requested a rough estimate as to a wait time.we were told by the "BOY" at the recption he has no idea at all as to how long we would be waiting but finished his sentence by saying you should not be long ???? We decided we go ahead and pay for 4 games of golf and wait for a bay to become available upstairs where we waited 31st in the que. 1.5hrs had passed and we could see from the window inside the bar that there was 5 free bays upstairs which had been vacant for over half an hour.

Suprised by this i went to the recption desk and explained this to them to which they replied we have a private function upstairs and these bays are reserved for the rest of the night!!! Amazed by this i called for the manager named jade and asked him did he feel this was something the staff should of mentioned when customers were arriving as it would of influenced us to either book dowstairs bays or go home and i got a smug smart arse answer basically saying it is what it is nothing we can do.

I visited the same venue the same week on thursday and the staff and service was equally as bad and this was a quiet night by comparison to the saturday i was reluctant to go a second time however my wife is a keen lover of the game so we said we wpuld give it a second chance.

The table which we sat on for 2 hours was passed hundreds of times by wait staff who had little or no intrest in clearing the table what so ever.I never ever write reviews on these matters in fact this is my first.My advice to anyone considering a visit here AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!.

It is an over priced day out with staff and mamgement with the average age of 22 who are simply doing the job part time for pocket money and although im a firm believer in young people working hard and its great you clearly see there is no passion or care at this venue.WORST VENUE EVER!!!!
