This company decided to close down its subsidiary ...

This company decided to close down its subsidiary company in the USA, with no warning, and declare bankruptcy and not pay its partner contractors who I happen to be one of. They will say its not their company and from a legal standpoint that is true but it has the same name and the Same Executive officers calling the shots. Do you really want to do business with a shady company who has no concern with people?
