Rachelle is the Best Loan officer on the Planet!! she is Great with clients, and she cares about the buyer and she knows that they are counting on her so they can get the Keys to their Own Home!!! even when a client isn't always the easiest her experience and knowledge and caring she always comes through! she also cares about all in the transaction and that includes the seller which isn't her client the buyer is but she realizes what the seller is going through as well, even though the seller isn't her client. She also cares about her Realtors and knows that they count on her to make things happen and knows the Realtors work hard and are counting on her! She also isn't a 9 to 5 Loan officer she is always responds even if its at 9 at night, or on weekends! I have worked with Rachelle for 14 or 15 years and all I can say is she is the BEST!
