I'm actually shocked at the amount of good reviews.. I didn't think that would be the case. I'll start by saying I bought my car just over 3 months ago and absolutely love it. I was sold a great car, can't complain there. What really bothers me and has me coming back 3+ months later is their customer service. I was lied to multiple times and no one has fixed it. When I bought the car it was missing the front passenger floor mat, I was told someone probably forgot to put it back when cleaning it and the salesman said he'd have it in the car when I picked it up the next day. Next day it wasn't there. He said he'd order it from the dealership and have it in a few days. Few days go by and there answer after I have the car home is they can only give me the basic, fit all WeatherTech mat. Now I have 1 floor mat different than the rest in my Lexus. That's just 1 instance.. another? I declined all extra warranty packages and made that very obvious. Month or so later I receive a letter in the mail thanking me for signing up. 2-3 months later I get a letter stating I canceled my warranty plan. I never did any of this. I called the store multiple times, each time getting passed around to different people. I even left voicemails and received no responses. I have a few more issues but this review is getting long. In the end, you get a reliable and quality car but this business is too shady for me to do business their again.
