First off terrible customer service right off the start, followed by no hot water which was known by staff from Saturday and we were not informed on Sunday at check in. Then air conditioning didn't work and they were assigning people for those rooms which didn't work. They moved us to another room again no AC. Our key cards got shut off before check out and now were standing waiting at the front desk for a half hour trying to get in to get our stuff.
