Stopped in to buy a new rack because the nut/bolt ...

Stopped in to buy a new rack because the nut/bolt fell off my current one. Thought I had set it up wrong initially which caused the nuts to fall off. Was totally prepared to pay for a new one and install fees, but the woman in the store helped me out.

I brought my bike into the back for service and she just added loctite to all of the current bolts and hooked me up with a free nut/bolt. Super impressed with the service and casual atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.
