The professionals at Payne and Payne guided us through every step of the process and we were kept informed of what was happening with our house. We were given a schedule at the beginning of the build and the house remained on schedule and was completed by the scheduled date.

They worked very hard to stay within our budget. When we made changes and additions they were very careful to give us the prices of additions.

Communications was great. Calls were returned promptly. Buildertrend was a great help in communication.

We were amazed at how clean the work site was kept. Floors were swept daily and all trash was removed daily.

Building a house is a very confusing process at times. The professionals at Payne and Payne worked hand in hand with us to insure we understood the process. We were kept informed of what was happening.
