Recently made the mistake of taking my car into CT...

Recently made the mistake of taking my car into CT auto on the Queensway for alignment.
I drove directly from my own mechanic ( who completed extensive work on my car including summer tires on) to CT , 20 min journey.
Warned ahead of time they will try and up sell you .
Exactly what happened, had the car ten minutes , you need Ball Joint work! I just left my mechanic literally twenty mins ago ( he had the car for two days! )
I decline the obvious scam, complained , got me no where , told me bring it back and they would show me?! Or take it back to my own Mechanic, who already told me I don t need any Ball Joint work done!
Customer service rep Guy, did not want to know or acknowledge my car was just seen by qualified Mechanic who Confirmed Ball Joints were fine.
DO NOT TRUST THIS CT AUTO!! Crooks
