I wanted to report particular nurse behavior today...

I wanted to report particular nurse behavior today at front desk in emergency room. But i could not find any contact details to send it personally. Nurse, jenny jhonson, was really rude to a patient's mother who was concerned about her child. She requested if they can admit her child asap as she is in acute abodominal pain (probably apendicitis) she was vomiting and in a very bad state. We were first in the line and asked her to go instead of us but nurse denied to take her and said, i saw millions of such cases and she wont die right away. It will take few days. Those words really left me in shock. How can someone say such things to a parent? Mother asked nurse jenny jhonson, what will u do if this happens to your child. Nurse replied, i will wait in line and listen to the nurse!

It might be her job to take in people in line who ever came in first, but it was quite rude to talk to a worried mother that way. Mother was talking in very requesting manner!

My experience was good other than that! But i m not willing to give any stars after witnessing such behavior from nurse at front desk. Have some empathy for others pain. It is sure part of your(nurse) job
