This is for the service department. The dealership...

This is for the service department. The dealership actually ignored me the entire time I was there so I have no comment on the experience in actually buying a car.
I tried to schedule to have two recalls taken care of once before. Someone from the service department called to inform me that they had to order the parts to perform the recall and that they would call me in 6 weeks to reschedule. After 8 weeks I called back in to check the status and was informed that not only were the parts not ordered, but there was no record of the conversation at all. To make things worse, I was informed that the recalls didn't require any parts to be ordered. Thankfully they were able to get me scheduled for that weekend to have things taken care of. When I checked in with the Service Writer I explained my frustrations and asked that they top off my tire pressure when they were finished as a favor and was assured that they would. When I returned to pick up my car, the TPM light was still on. This collective service experience helped me make up my mind and took the Colorado out of the running for the truck that I purchased the next day. Very poor experience.
