Update on my review. I spoke with Zach and he called and got a place in Indiana to ship him a part. Then service manager calls with no apologies and quite rude. He educated me on back orders. And stated he would try to get a dealership to send him the part. When I go into detail about not having a vehicle for 3 weeks (only 1 week due to this place) and having to catch rides and such since I have no vehicle, he stated since I would not let him talk he wasn t going to do me any favors and when it gets done it gets done. That is superior customer service right there! I warn EVERYONE from using this place!

My car has been at the service department for a week now and absolutely nothing has been completed on my car since. I have to call for updates because I have yet to have anyone call me trying to give me an update. They are currently waiting on a part that is on back order (at least that is what I was told) but couldn t give me an eta or anything. When I spoke to Zach on Monday he was thinking the part would come in Tuesday. If on back order why would you tell me that? Why wouldn t you call and let me know the part is on back order. Next question...has other dealerships or parts places been called to see if this could be shipped from somewhere else? I am a single mother of 2 girls and this is my ONLY transportation and there is absolutely NO urgency and NO follow up from this service department. I will NEVER use them again!
