The waiting time is over 45 minutes and all employees sound bored and were not helpful or even helpful! I was connected by one employee to the next and this always with at least 20 minutes in the queue. Either they could not help me or they did not want to! I would suggest hiring people who know something about their job or do not hire them at all.
Since there is no possibility to award 0 stars, unfortunately I have to give 1 star.
So if you have any questions, ask here or go there personally. But you should not call in any case. Unless you want to hear lift music for 45 minutes.
