Beware, if you book a repair appointment online as I did for the Takata airbag recall (a menu choice in the online scheduling ap), no human looks at those appointments to read the notes, like "call me, let me know how long this will take", or even to see if they actually have the parts! I booked a 9 am apt. and asked them how long it would take but no one ever called, texted, or emailed, so I called about an hour before the apt. to ask. Imagine my surprise when the person who answered my call told me that the parts for that recall wouldn't be available for another 3-6 months! Really, REALLY glad I called because it would have been a 40-50 minute drive in morning commute traffic for me. Lucky for them I called, because I would have been hopping mad if I had gone there for nothing. We stopped taking our Hondas (yes plural) there for service because they're so expensive. And they were completely unable to repair the tire pressure monitoring system on my 1 yr old 2008 Odyssey even though they kept the car 2 1/2 weeks. But, they were always friendly and efficient when we did go there.
