I usually buy my cars from Stevinson Lexus of Frederick. I work a mile away from Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood. As I approached the dealership they swarmed my Lexus RX like vultures... two sales managers and some random sales guy. I asked about the new 2014 Lexus GX and the random sales guy said, "We just sold the last one." The sales manager next to him said, "Ummm, we should go get the one in back to show this customer." They had me park and stand next to a salesman for 20 minutes while he rambled out some small talk. FINALLY, the salesman admitted they DIDN'T HAVE ANYMORE 2014 LEXUS GX SUVs in stock! He admitted that they wanted to get my number and CALL me once they really had one in. Wow! I expected something shady like this from a low end cheap car, but NOT from Lexus. Ever. This is a sleazy sales tactic. I will keep doing my business at the other Lexus location.
