Brisket practically melts in your mouth. The Turkey is super moist and tender. The sausage is a rough stuff..bits and pieces of meat & fat. Regular sausage is pretty mild, tasty, and had a casing that was crisped! The pork ribs were a problem for me; heavily dry rubbed with a Black Pepper rub that was hot and killed the pork flavor. The meat was well smoked and fell off of the bone. The little that I had time to pick from the pepper was very good. Oh, the potato salad wasn't bad.
It wasn't cheap; the attached photo is 1/3 lb each of turkey and brisket, 1 link, 3 bones of ribs, a side of potato salad and an ice tea(not pictured). Total bill was $39 and change. They do have take home containers.
Edit: went back recently and had the beef rib. 5 stars. On the greasy side, but that's just how beef ribs are. For the $, I'll stick with the brisket in the future.
