It s pretty sad and pathetic to see this very low quality of customer service and agents!!! I m literally shocked at the way SHAW agents respond to customers and how they deal with their calls. These agents have no customer service training, no care or empathy, poor listening skills and no customer follow-up. This is the 8th time I called to disconnect a business line and see if we can transfer it to a residential service. It s seems that I m asking for something so complicated, agents transfer you to other departments, no soft transfer, so again I just verified my account 8 times on the same phone call! Some of these agents honestly have zero care and zero training on customer service. As soon as I got frustrated she hung up on me! I wounded if anyone in management listens and scores calls. They are absolutely ridiculous and no one deserves this treatment as we pay for our services. SHAW management should care about their call quality and hire people that are actually training to speak to humans. They certainly don t value their job and in fact they don t deserve their job. Today I just got hung up after being on the phone for over 55 minutes and I got transferred 4 times between the business department, loyalty team and residential and NO available superior or team lead they can transfer me to! I m so frustrated and I m running out of patience. All I need is to transfer a phone line which seemed so complicated for them to comprehend. How pathetic. MANAGEMENT- PLEASE listen to my calls and get a handle on these unqualified agents that are answering your phone. They lack BASIC customer service skills and as soon as your tone is raised, they simply hang up the call without any care how long your waited on hold or what the issue is. So, take your service else where.
