I had picked out a specific used car from their web site. Before leaving home, I called to verify that they had the car in their lot. I drove for about an hour to get there. A "used car salesman" had us seated, and brought the key to the car so he could drive it to the front for us to see. He asked us if we are ready to buy "today". I honestly said "no" as we have to see 4 other cars that I have picked out. He came back in few minutes to say they do not have the car at this moment, but he will follow up with me in couple of days to find out the best deal I am getting from other dealers, and he will beat them. I walked out because this is not how I do business.
