On Friday Sept 7, 2018 I went into dealership for PM on 2012 GMC Seirra truck, an oil change and air in the left front tire. I didnt make an appt because i was not sure what time i would be able to take it in. It took over an hour and when i got the truck back it seems ok but when i got on the highway and the front tire started to shake. I was unhappy when i left the dealership...i notice the oil had gone up in price by $20+ dollars. I dont feel that the oil used was anything special or anything as it was 5W-30. I am unhappy with the service for the price. on top on that the person who handle the transaction was focused on something else instead of on my vehicle. I had ask questions about my vehicle and it status of maintenance. I will be looking for another place to do my maintenance on my vehicle.
