I contacted Matt at Visa Wizards because my girlfriend originally from Indonesia had returned home to spend time with her family during Muslim Ramadan. We had found out prior to her leaving Australia that she was pregnant with our child.
Covid 19 hit the world and as such my girlfriend was unable to return to Australia. We were both very upset and distraught by this. Matt was straight up and told me our chances weren t great on getting her back to Australia for the birth of our child.
I instructed Matt the some chance was better than no chance and we decided to move forward. Matt s friendly, personal approach gave me some hope of success. He gave me a list of things that would help our case. I worked through the list and he helped me without question throughout the process. I m very un-tech savvy, Matt made this process easy for me when I was having a melt down. As we were on a very tight schedule due to the pregnancy, Matt worked very, very hard to fast track our application, which came back with the result we could have only wished for in these crazy times, we got the travel exemption! unbelievable! My girlfriend and I are just totally elated about this. A BIG, BIG, thank you to Matt, I know we couldn t have achieved this result without your help. With the news, I couldn t wait to tell friends and family of the, as such my friend has contacted Matt to help him with his girlfriends visa issues.
