I've been taking our dogs here on and off over the past four years, but no more. What I've experienced from my visits:
- been given nasal bordatella vaccine to do myself at home (illegal) because the vet couldn't get it in the dogs nose
- waited more than an hour on several occasions in spite of having an appointment
- arrived well before walk-in hours are over and told they can't see any more animals because they don't have enough staff
- witnessed employees on break getting high behind office
- never seen the same doctor twice
- have had to deal with, several times, a certain receptionist at the Norwood location having an IQ not much higher than my dogs take 15 minutes to check each person out because she has no idea how to use a computer
- witnessed some pretty poor animal handling (my wife won't even take the dogs here for anything not basic)
Anyways, we found a vet up the road that has NONE of these issues. In and out in the time it takes FCNMHP to tell you they cant see you.
