We just received our first patient with this insur...

We just received our first patient with this insurance. The card is very generic and no phone # or address as to where to send claims. I found a phone # online and called. Amy in customer service was very polite, but the cards are very poor. I now know where to send claims and have an 800 phone number at least we can get the claim where it has to go.
I think you could do a better job on the cards.
