Watch out! Keep eyes on the technician when they are working. Don't give out your signature. With your signature, they could add anything to the work order after.

My condo board sent them in to repair my door which was sticky. We taped the latch to make it easy to open and close. But every part was WORKING!

The guy from SHARC door controls came and he couldn't fix it. We still had a hard time to open and close the door. He removed the tape and he forced to close the door from inside. He did, it got stuck. We were locked inside. He had to use a knife (or a piece of metal, I can't remember) to push in the latch from inside between the door and frame to force it open. After that, the handles from both sides and latch were not working. I was there all the time, I saw what happened. He taped the latch again so we won't be locked inside. He wanted me to sign a form to show that he showed up. I was too kind to sign the form even though he didn't fix the door

When I asked them to come back to fix the handles and latch which the technician broke. They showed the computer generated work order (composed after I left my signature) saying the handles and latch were broke before they came. After I explained what happened, the company still refused to admit the technician broke the handles when tried to open the door by force.

The fact is the technician knew what happened, made me to sign the form and added information to cover his fault. That's not the way people do business here.

We don't suggest anyone use this company, not HONEST.
