How does anyone rate this anymore than 1?? How has anyone else gotten through??

I've been trying for the last week and cannot get anything more than a busy signal.

This should not be. At the very least a computer should answer and ask for a call-back number. And someone should actually call you back in the order received in the next day or 2.
